Monolysk is a Cyber Security Consultancy based in South Wales, supporting organisations across the UK remotely and on-site. We help protect critical assets, strengthen resilience and give organisations a clearer understanding of their security posture.

Our three core services bring together dedicated Security Operations Centre (SOC) development, proactive and post-incident Disaster Recovery engagements, and flexible Board Advisory support for organisations that need occasional or ad-hoc expertise.

Beyond these core services, we provide tailored consultancy for specialist challenges and requirements spanning multiple disciplines. Our approach draws on over a decade of experience across Security Operations, Architecture, Risk & Governance, Incident Response and Disaster Recovery.

Engagements are led by Sion Doughton-Cleaver, Monolysk’s Principal Cyber Security Consultant. Sion works with clients end-to-end, from understanding the challenge and agreeing the scope through to delivery and handover.

Support ranges from short-term consultancy and ad-hoc advice to medium and long-term contracts. Additional specialists may support larger engagements, with responsibilities and any changes to delivery arrangements clearly discussed with the client.
